Cosmas Biwott

I am a data analyst at L-IFT, a social enterprise that aims to improve the financial well-being of low-income people through innovative research and solutions. I use my expertise in big data, cloud computing, and analytics to design and conduct data analysis and report writing, quality assurance of the data, interpretation of analysis results to the organization team and clients, data consolidations, and documentations. I also train interns and staff on data security and management. I am passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and create positive social impact. I have a master's degree in biometry at the University of Nairobi, where I learned advanced techniques and methods in biostatistics, such as logistic regression, survival analysis, and multivariate analysis and data management and also I have a bachelor's degree in applied statistics with computing from Moi University, where I gained experience in information systems development and deployment, user support and maintenance services, innovation and R&D, data management, and data mining and analytics.
