I am a result-based monitoring, evaluation, and learning specialist with 4 years of working experience in public health interventions. I have a proven track record in designing and implementing effective data collection methods, analysing data to drive evidence based decision-making, and developing impactful recommendations for program improvement. More specifically, I possess the technical expertise in report writing, the design and development of monitoring and data collection tools (Kobo, ODK, SurveyCTO, Google Forms, amongst others), MoH reporting tools, national reporting tools (e.g., KHIS), data analysis, data visualisation, mixed methods evaluation, outcome harvesting, documentation of most significant changes, and human interest stories, including the design of monitoring and evaluation frameworks. With respect to the aforementioned, I have effectively conducted monitoring and evaluation responsibilities for the Mastercard Foundation, AstraZeneca, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundations, and the Netherlands Government-funded result-based financing initiatives.
